• Shipping rates typically range from 6–8€, depending on the selected delivery method and parcel size
• Free shipping on orders of 85€ or more

🌍 Rest of Europe:
• Standard shipping: 7.95€

Order Processing & Delivery Times:

Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
• Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Other countries: approximately 1–2 weeks

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-order items are sourced directly from South Korea after your order is placed.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase on our website. Shipping times may occasionally vary due to supplier processing, international transportation, customs procedures, or carrier delays.

As these items are ordered specifically for each customer, pre-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed.
