SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer 2026 unveils ‘SUMMER ANJELS’ collaboration stage

The 2026 edition of SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer has revealed a new collaboration stage that brings together rising K-pop names from different groups.

The special unit, titled SUMMER ANJELS, includes Ian and Stella from Hearts2Hearts, Anna and Ella from MEOVV, and Bang Jeemin from izna.

The name ‘ANJELS’ is formed from letters taken from each member’s name, highlighting the one-off nature of the project group created for the festival.

Organisers teased a unique performance designed to stand out from typical stages, promising a fresh concept tailored for the summer event. More collaboration stages are expected to be announced soon.

In addition to performing, Hearts2Hearts’ Ian will also appear as one of the event’s MCs.

Originally launched in 1996 as a year-end show, SBS Gayo Daejeon expanded with a summer edition in 2024, turning it into a biannual festival.

For European fans following online, the collaboration stage offers a rare crossover between newer-generation acts, making this year’s summer show one to watch.
